Any strong sales team has to be managed effectively by someone with transparent data into their process. Yesware enables this in the application website by tracking email interactions so managers can identify key players and forecast sales projections more accurately.
The Yesware tracking report represents a line graph of your team’s average open rates and a table with their email progress. By getting a sense of the team’s open rates you can begin to notice trending days for higher rates and see if particular members align with the current sales process.
The table will give you a much more granular view so you can determine which members are performing above or below the average. We even give you a sense of hotness which is a sorting algorithm that determines how many messages are being interacted with the most.
All of this information is also sent to you each week in your Team Report Summary email.
If your team uses the standard templates category titles then you’ll get a sense of where the majority of your team’s prospects are in the pipeline. But you can also customize these titles so that you’ll have a unique solution to understanding team progress.
By seeing how many emails your team members are sending, tracking and syncing to CRM you’ll get a sense of how much time they’re spending outside sales related communication.
When your team uses the Prospects tab they will give you a immediate update of the current amount pending and customers in their pipeline.
As with the tracking report the table this will give you a much more granular view so you’ll know which members have which accounts.
Whenever a team member edits or creates a new template outside of the Personal category a team manager will be able to review the changes. If they feel that it’s a good change or a well worded template then they can copy it to their team library to be shared with the team.
In this section you can view the team library and share templates with your team. You can choose to share templates with an individual or the entire team.
*Note: The categories that you changed in your section do not alter the category titles that your team member’s see. But if you share a template from the first category (aka Prospects) it will be matched to your team member’s first category even if they have it under a different name. Manage Team Members
In this section you are able to remove a team member, add new ones to your team or Buy Plus so that they can all have access to unlimited tracking events.
*Note: You can currently only subscribe to a monthly Plus version with volume discounts for larger teams.
Manage team Settings
Finally in Team Settings you can change your team name and team manager.
*Note: We’ll eventually be adding more functionality like admin roles and user extension controls.
