Using the Click to Call Feature in Outlook

With Yesware’s Click to Call feature, you can place calls directly from your inbox with just one click, allowing you to easily connect with prospects as soon as you see they have opened an email, clicked a link, or viewed your presentation.
During the call, you can take discussion notes and assign tasks within Salesforce directly from the call screen.
If you’d like to change the phone number associated with your Yesware account, click on any Click to Call number in the Salesforce Sidebar or Events Feed. This will launch the Click to Call window. Next to your current number at the top, there will be an option to reset your phone number.
