Recipient Engagement Report

Welcome the newest addition to your reporting arsenal – the Recipient Engagement Report – (we think it’ll quickly become your favorite!) This report shows you how each of your individual recipients is engaging with your emails, so you can base your follow-up on who is engaging and who isn’t. The report is broken down recipient-by-recipient and can be sorted by Recipient, # of Engaged Emails, # Opens, # Link Clicks, # Attachment Views, and Most Recent Event. Choose from a variety of date ranges to see which of your recipients are the most engaged and which need extra attention.

COMING SOON: ‘My Reports’ Right in the Inbox

 

Accessing your Yesware Reports has never been easier. The new ‘My Reports’ button lives right in your inbox and will take you to your data in an instant – without needing to leave your inbox.

Head to your Email Activity Report and Templates Report to take advantage of our new custom date ranges and the ability to exclude colleagues from your reports.

Campaigns – Alias Detection

Introducing alias detection – a huge quality-of-life improvement for Campaigns users. Now, when someone responds to your campaign from another email address, we’ll recognize them and remove them from your campaign for you.

Campaigns – Add Contacts and Leads from a Salesforce Lightning List

This integration between Yesware and Salesforce Lightning makes it even easier to add contacts and leads to a Yesware campaign efficiently.

COMING SOON: Response Insights Tool in the Email Compose Window

Want better engagement with your emails? When creating or editing an email, you’ll soon be able to click an ‘Insights’ button, which will pull up our Response Insights tool. This tool will analyze your email draft and provide feedback based on extensive research we’ve done on what makes an email most effective (i.e. word count, question count, and readability.) From these insights, you’ll also get recommendations to gently guide you to craft the perfect message.

COMING SOON: ‘By Template’ View in Templates Report

The Templates Report keeps getting better. Now in addition to the ‘By User’ view, you can also see a ‘By Template’ Report of how each template is performing across your organization, so you can see what’s working and what’s not. This report is another step forward in helping your whole team learn and improve together.
