As part of a larger initiative to improve our Campaigns workflow and drive greater usability, there is a new Add Recipients workflow in Campaigns.
Within this new workflow, users can:
- More easily preview and personalize messages for individual recipients
- Add “batches” of recipients to a Campaign where each batch receives the same customized messaging (i.e. “It was great meeting you at the workshop today!”)
Note: Minor updates to the text editor, merge fields, copy, banner & warnings are coming soon.
