This month is a big one.

We have exciting news about a brand new integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator that is about to change the way you communicate.

Plus, we have an update to how you can filter Campaigns, right from your sidebar.

Yesware integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to bring new insights to your inbox

You heard that right: Yesware is integrating with LinkedIn Sales Navigator!

We’re plugging contextual information from LinkedIn right into your Gmail sidebar so that you’ll be able to send highly personalized communication without ever leaving your inbox.

This integration is available on all non-Pro Yesware plans (Premium, Enterprise, and Trial). You’ll need a Sales Navigator Team or Enterprise subscription to use this integration. If you don’t have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator account, you can get started with a free trial.

Let’s walk through the features.

1. Access LinkedIn features right from your Gmail sidebar

There’s a new tab in the Yesware sidebar — LinkedIn Sales Navigator!

Here, you’ll be able to access LinkedIn Sales Navigator features. You’ll get quick access to relevant information as you’re sending an email.

When you’re composing a message, the LinkedIn Sidebar will automatically populate a record based on the most recent or last record you add to the “To” field.

If a matching record is found, you’ll be able to see high-level profile information, Related Leads, Highlights, and Recent Activity. On top of that, you have the ability to get introduced, connect on LinkedIn, and send or view messages:

You’ll also be able to connect to and/or send a LinkedIn message. Note: You don’t need to be connected to send an InMail:

2. Use LinkedIn icon decoration on email addresses to easily access LinkedIn profile

When you’re composing an email or in an existing thread, you’ll notice a LinkedIn icon next to the email addresses.

Click into the icon to open the LinkedIn tab and see the matching profile for the email address. (Note: if there’s no match, you’ll be able to search for one):

3. How to set preferences to turn on/off LinkedIn Sales Navigator Sidebar

By default, the LinkedIn Sales Navigator Integration will be turned on, but it’s easy to change your preferences.

You can turn this integration on/off in your Preferences:

Filter by Campaign name and touch type on to-do cards in the Sidebar

To simplify your Campaign management, you’ll be able to filter to-do’s in the sidebar by Campaign.

This is especially useful if you have a high volume of tasks in your sidebar at any given time.

You will still be able to filter by touch type.

What’s Next?

That’s all for now! Stay tuned for more exciting product updates next month.
