What’s New: Product Update January 2017

Let’s get 2017 started off right.

This one’s for you, Touchpoints users. We’re introducing Campaign Sharing and Email Signatures.

Two New Features for Touchpoints Users

Touchpoints Gmail Enterprise Users: It’s your lucky day. Campaign Sharing and Email Signatures are now available.

1. Campaign Sharing for Touchpoints

To get started, go to the campaign and click Share.

Next, click Add Teams:

And select your team:

Then click the Update button:

And just like that, your campaign is shared with your team.

2. Email Signatures

Instead of copying your email signature into each automated step of a campaign, you can now apply your signature straight from Gmail.

This benefits you because:

1. It’s a quick and easy way to ensure your email signature is used.
2. Your signature will always be up to date.
3. When you share a campaign, your signature won’t automatically be shared.

All you have to do is enable Include Gmail Signature:

Then your Gmail Signature will be inserted (shown here in preview mode):
